Do I have to pay a commission?

NO, if your buyer comes from any of our advertising media’s and buys your home directly from you. You pay no commission.

What exactly do I (the home seller) have to do?

A :

Sign Up for our Program, Show your own home, We do the rest, and you save 6% commission. We can even show your home for you if necessary. It is really that easy!

What is the Cost?

The only cost to do the For Sale by Owner program is the $995 for the advertising we provide.

What if I don’t have $995?

A :

No Problem, we offer a variety of convenient payment plans.  We can customize our program for your needs from payment plans, payment at settlement, you can even pay by credit card.

Do I have to let Realtors show my home?

A :

No, it is total up to you if you want Realtors to show your home.  We highly recommend you let realtors show your home as we can get the buyer to pay their commission if the form of a higher sale price for your home!  So you don’t pay it the Buyer pays it!

Can I still use your Processing Department if I didn’t sign up for your program?

Yes, We would be happy to assist you in getting your deal done!

What if I decide to take my house off the market?

A :

No Problem,  If you decide to take your home off the market for any reason whatsoever you will receive a full credit for all advertising dollars paid.  This means you will have the right to put your home back on the market at any time in the future and we will honor and provide you with your complete advertising plan at no additional cost. Remember we advertise your home until sold!

Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?

Yes, If you are unsuccessful in selling your home during our contact period and decide to list your home with a full service real estate firm then we can put you in touch with reputable and local real estate firms that would be willing to reduce their traditional real estate commission by the amount of “actual and/or any due” advertising dollars paid.  Seller must contact us first before contacting any real estate firms “on their own” to obtain this Money Back Guarantee.
